Paper Smooches Sparks November Trend Watch



Hi Everyone! Its time for a new Sparks challenge! Are you ready? This one is fun!!!!
 
This week's trend challenge is to create a card inspired by typography.
 


 
I've been enjoying this trend A LOT lately. I had fun putting my card together and making the sentiment rhyme. :)


 
I used Christmas Sampler, All Yule Need and He Said, She Said. Hope you join in the challenge! Can't wait to see what you create! I'll be watching...  :) :) :)

Mama Elephant: October Anniversary Stampede!

It's Mama Elephant Birthday Stampede time!  This is so awesome, right? I'm so excited you've joined me from Stephanie's blog! Today I'm a sharing a lot of stamping goodness! Now that I'm counting, my card uses 4 new Mama Elephant stamp sets ! This card all started with the sentiment. My kids are always buzzing around the house singing and one of their favorite is Everything is Awesome (Lego Movie anyone?). :) I started with a faint pencil line to create AWESOME from the new Block Party Letters . I colored them in with Copics and then did some creative masking and stamping from Happy Everything to add the beginning of the sentiment. Next I stamped the penguin and hat (from the new Artic Penguins ), colored them and die cut them for a perfect cut. The soft, grey striped background was created using the new Boutique Borders .
