Hi Everyone! I have a simple card to show you today that features one of my favorite Penny Black stamps.
I decided to go with a traditional poppy color but this image could really go in any direction (maybe I'll show ya later). First I stamped the entire image on white cardstock. Then I stamped the flowers on orange cardstock 3 times. The first layer was cut out and taped to the white image. For the second layer I cut between the petals and added Glossy Accents. When the Glossy Accents was almost dry I bent the petals. For the final layer I just cut out the center petals and added Glossy Accents. I put all the layers together before they dried (including the button) so no extra tape was required. I finished the card by stamping the flower image with VersaMark on the blue mat and adding some string and the sentiment. Ink: Memories Black Dye Ink
