Hi Everyone! I created this card today for my friend's birthday. Happy Birthday Courtney!
This card inspired by a card layout Lucy did on the Hero Arts blog. Thanks for the inspiration Lucy!This card uses several stamp sets from Papertrey Ink including Cupcake Collection, Polka Dot Basics II and Enjoy the Ride.
The scallops were cut with the Papertrey Ink medium scallop die and the scallop hill and circle were cut with Nestabilities. All paper is from Papertrey Ink.
