I Spy Monday

It's always fun running across my cards when I'm out and about in blog land. It's a great way to start the week! ;)
 
Today, Lawn Fawn included my wrapped banner card in their Flickr Monday post. Thanks Lawn Fawn!!!
 
Then as an added bonus I spied two (!!!) of my cards on the Paper Crafts Connection blog. They are in the upcoming Handmade Cards special issue. The first card is on the cover (super excited!) and features a Mama Elephant sentiment and glitter tape. The second card, further down in the post, has a journaling card and lots of fun embellishments.
 
Now how about I end with a new card that I created?
 
 
Lots of fun things from Bella Blvd's Trick or Treat collection and ..... no stamps.... it happens (rarely). :)

Mama Elephant: October Anniversary Stampede!

It's Mama Elephant Birthday Stampede time!  This is so awesome, right? I'm so excited you've joined me from Stephanie's blog! Today I'm a sharing a lot of stamping goodness! Now that I'm counting, my card uses 4 new Mama Elephant stamp sets ! This card all started with the sentiment. My kids are always buzzing around the house singing and one of their favorite is Everything is Awesome (Lego Movie anyone?). :) I started with a faint pencil line to create AWESOME from the new Block Party Letters . I colored them in with Copics and then did some creative masking and stamping from Happy Everything to add the beginning of the sentiment. Next I stamped the penguin and hat (from the new Artic Penguins ), colored them and die cut them for a perfect cut. The soft, grey striped background was created using the new Boutique Borders . Mama Elephant March Stampede!

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Release Design Team blog hop! Our newest release is now live and available for purchase in the store! www.mamaelephant.com I am so excited to share the new stamp set Ella & Friends with you! There are so many fun images to choose from in this set that all centers around the BEST elephant stamp ever. ;) I started my scene by stamping the elephant, then I masked in the bunny and bubble blower. Finally, I stamped the bubbles, puddle and splashes. I was SO fun to create. I colored the images with Copics and added a little ink to complete my scene. I trimmed it down to fit inside of the Instalove Creative Cuts and stamped the sentiment. I know you'll agree that stamping this set is super fun but first...
