Silhouette Advent

I am so excited to share my completed advent calendar. It took me a LONG time to finish it but I'm happy with the end results and can't wait to enjoy each day opening a box with my kids!

I used lots of My Minds Eye paper, Papertrey Ink stamps and dies and some beautiful twine from the Twinery to create my project. I always loved wrapping presents when I was younger and it felt like each little advent box was a chance to decorate a small gift. I plan to put candy, activities and fun surprises in each box (yes, I know I'm a few days late but I think the kids will be okay with year ;) )

I think my favorite box is #9. Lots of layers, lots of fun! I also like box #18. It was one of those things where I had an idea and it worked the first time! Woohoo!

What Christmas projects are you working on this year? I would love to see them!

This is so beautiful. I love that you are taking the time to really spend with your kids before the holiday. Where did you get the box that you have it in? It is perfect!

Your calendar turned out so wonderful! WOW! I really want to make one of these next year but I don't have a Silhouette, will have to improvise, love the numbers and colors!
