Now, it's time to show you my card! I used the new Kitschy Kitchen stamp set with coordinating dies. This is SUCH an amazing set. I also used the previously released Bookmark Dies.

Xyron adhesives were the perfect way to add a little sparkle to my card. After I stamped and die cut my tea pot I ran it through the Xyron create-a-sticker to add adhesive to the TOP of my image. Then I took clear ultra fine glitter, sprinkled it on and pushed it in to the adhesve. Instant glitter! Next, I wanted to add a little more glitter so I ran some Double-Sided High Tack Tape on the left side of my card and used the same technique to add more of the same glitter. Finally, Xyron's Adhesive Dots are a great way to adhere small embellishments, like the bow I added to the bookmark die. :) I really enjoyed working with the Xyron adhesives this month! They are high quality, fun and all opinions are my own. :)

Mama Elephant March Stampede!

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Release Design Team blog hop! Our newest release is now live and available for purchase in the store! www.mamaelephant.com I am so excited to share the new stamp set Ella & Friends with you! There are so many fun images to choose from in this set that all centers around the BEST elephant stamp ever. ;) I started my scene by stamping the elephant, then I masked in the bunny and bubble blower. Finally, I stamped the bubbles, puddle and splashes. I was SO fun to create. I colored the images with Copics and added a little ink to complete my scene. I trimmed it down to fit inside of the Instalove Creative Cuts and stamped the sentiment. I know you'll agree that stamping this set is super fun but first... To celebrate the new release, Mama Elephant is picking 3 winners to win their choice of stamp set! Winners will be chosen at random from the collective blogs in the Stampede. You have up to 4 chances to qualify to...

Mama Elephant: October Anniversary Stampede!

It's Mama Elephant Birthday Stampede time!  This is so awesome, right? I'm so excited you've joined me from Stephanie's blog! Today I'm a sharing a lot of stamping goodness! Now that I'm counting, my card uses 4 new Mama Elephant stamp sets ! This card all started with the sentiment. My kids are always buzzing around the house singing and one of their favorite is Everything is Awesome (Lego Movie anyone?). :) I started with a faint pencil line to create AWESOME from the new Block Party Letters . I colored them in with Copics and then did some creative masking and stamping from Happy Everything to add the beginning of the sentiment. Next I stamped the penguin and hat (from the new Artic Penguins ), colored them and die cut them for a perfect cut. The soft, grey striped background was created using the new Boutique Borders . All stamps and dies can be purchased NOW at the Mama Elephant store HERE . Next up? The very talented JJ Bolton !
