A Very Good Day

Hi Everyone! Today was a good day. Successful jean shopping, good phone conversations, happy emails, Paper Smooches release day, relaxing evening AND a completed Remix layout. Perfect. Just need to shoot some pictures of my latest layout and it will be ready to share soon! Yeah!


One of my favorite new PTI sets is Way to Go Kiddo. This set has so many fun images and great sentiments I know I will get good use out of it. Pair it with some My Mind's Eye Paper and its a match made in heaven!

Mama Elephant: November Stampede!

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Release Design Team blog hop! You should have arrived here from Geralyn's blog .  The newest release is now live and available for purchase in their store HERE ! The release is another knock out hit! Each stamp set is amazing! Today I'm featuring Cross My Heart and I sneaked in a few of the other sets too! ;) I started my card by die cutting the stitched index card . Then I cut out the window  which is designed to open. (cool, right?) I wanted a frame for my window so I die cut the window again and trimmed the side before adhering it to my index base. Then I backed my window with some cloud patterned paper for my outside sky. Next I stamped and die cut the cats from Purrfect Pair. I have had SO much fun with these cats. After adhering to cats to the window sill, I stamped and fussy cut the heart balloon. I tied some black floss around the balloon and adhere it to the kitten's paw. Finally, I stamped my sentiment.
