A different Penny Black designer is being showcased each day so you don't want to miss out!  I'm totally excited about the card I'm going to share with you today for several reasons. I started with my favorite owl stamp  and decided he needed a butterfly friend. I love owls! I also want to point out that I made my own text paper! How cool is that?!?! Penny Black has a ton of great sentiments that you can use to make your own text. I used the sentiments set and stamped the small words from the happy birthday sentiment over and over again. Hi Everyone! The holidays are just around the corner, can you believe it?! I decided to dig in and make my first halloween card. I'm always looking for creative ways to use my stamps. I love getting as much mileage out of them as possible. So for today's card I took an Easter bunny, gave her a costume and... ...now she is perfect for Halloween! The options are endless. For easy costume making, I stamped the bunny image in white ink on the felt. I then cut out the pumkin shape considering her head and feet using the inked image as my guide. I then flipped over the felt and put on her custom taylored costume. *smile* I also want to point out that I created the card shape using Nestabilites Labels 8. I ran the largest die through on two sides to create fun new look! Have a great day! Stamps Used: Penny Black Bun-Bun (Bunny), Salutations , Robust Upper Case
