Mama Elephant's 3rd Anniversary Blog Hop!

I'm so excited to share a few of the new stamp sets! First up, is Blogging Buddies. This set is so fun! 


I created a fun background by putting large blobs of watercolor on my paper. Then I took a straw and blew the colors across the paper (inspired by Amy Tan). I flicked more color on with my paint brush and then finished up by blending on a little more ink.

The computer screen was stamped, die cut and colored the Copics. It's popped up on the background with foam adhesive.

Next up is the adorable Reindeer Games. This set will get a TON of use this holiday season! All the reindeer are adorable! 



I created the little one layer scene with several stamps for the Reindeer Games set on a tag from Tags a Lot. I colored the images with Copics and added a few sequins.

Mama Elephant: November Stampede!

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Release Design Team blog hop! You should have arrived here from Geralyn's blog .  The newest release is now live and available for purchase in their store HERE ! The release is another knock out hit! Each stamp set is amazing! Today I'm featuring Cross My Heart and I sneaked in a few of the other sets too! ;) I started my card by die cutting the stitched index card . Then I cut out the window  which is designed to open. (cool, right?) I wanted a frame for my window so I die cut the window again and trimmed the side before adhering it to my index base. Then I backed my window with some cloud patterned paper for my outside sky. Next I stamped and die cut the cats from Purrfect Pair. I have had SO much fun with these cats. After adhering to cats to the window sill, I stamped and fussy cut the heart balloon. I tied some black floss around the balloon and adhere it to the kitten's paw. Finally, I stamped my sentiment.
