Mama Elephant: Alpine Carolers

I am overjoyed to share this card created with some of the stamps from the new Mama Elephant Alpine Carolers. They were designed by the mega talented Elena Roussakis! Her style is THE BEST.

I stamped and colored these two carolers. I like to color but I'm not the best so these two have been stamped and colored MANY times at my craft desk! They are so much fun to practice with! My daughter even requested them so she could color them too! :)

They are standing on the banner from Bloomsies. The perfect little heart was cut from the new die cuts Instalove and cover with Wink of Stella. The carolers were added to a tag from Tags a Lot. I love how the sentiment nestles perfectly beneath the tag! The card was finished with a white mat on red striped patterned paper.

Mama Elephant: October Anniversary Stampede!

It's Mama Elephant Birthday Stampede time! This is so awesome, right? I'm so excited you've joined me from Stephanie's blog! Today I'm a sharing a lot of stamping goodness! Now that I'm counting, my card uses 4 new Mama Elephant stamp sets ! This card all started with the sentiment. My kids are always buzzing around the house singing and one of their favorite is Everything is Awesome (Lego Movie anyone?). :) I started with a faint pencil line to create AWESOME from the new Block Party Letters . I colored them in with Copics and then did some creative masking and stamping from Happy Everything to add the beginning of the sentiment. Next I stamped the penguin and hat (from the new Artic Penguins ), colored them and die cut them for a perfect cut. The soft, grey striped background was created using the new Boutique Borders . Mama Elephant March Stampede!

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Release Design Team blog hop! Our newest release is now live and available for purchase in the store! www.mamaelephant.com I am so excited to share the new stamp set Ella & Friends with you! There are so many fun images to choose from in this set that all centers around the BEST elephant stamp ever. ;) I started my scene by stamping the elephant, then I masked in the bunny and bubble blower. Finally, I stamped the bubbles, puddle and splashes. I was SO fun to create. I colored the images with Copics and added a little ink to complete my scene. I trimmed it down to fit inside of the Instalove Creative Cuts and stamped the sentiment. I know you'll agree that stamping this set is super fun but first...
