Crate Paper: Let's Get Started!


I am SO excited to officially announce that I have been invited to be a part of the 2014 Crate Paper design team!!!! I feel so lucky to be a part of Crate Paper's amazing team! My year ahead as a CP Gal is gonna rock!

I'm not a stranger to their products so jumping in to design for them is a perfect fit and I'm thrilled that they asked me to be on board!  

So I had to make a card to celebrate the kick off of this awesome design team.


I layered a lot of accent pieces from the new Maggie Holmes line, Style Board. The touches of gold in this line are amazing! The cork keeps it funky and has great texture. :) The sentiment was stamped from Lawn Fawn's Love You Tons.

Mama Elephant: November Stampede!

Welcome to the Mama Elephant Release Design Team blog hop! You should have arrived here from Geralyn's blog .  The newest release is now live and available for purchase in their store HERE ! The release is another knock out hit! Each stamp set is amazing! Today I'm featuring Cross My Heart and I sneaked in a few of the other sets too! ;) I started my card by die cutting the stitched index card . Then I cut out the window  which is designed to open. (cool, right?) I wanted a frame for my window so I die cut the window again and trimmed the side before adhering it to my index base. Then I backed my window with some cloud patterned paper for my outside sky. Next I stamped and die cut the cats from Purrfect Pair. I have had SO much fun with these cats. After adhering to cats to the window sill, I stamped and fussy cut the heart balloon. I tied some black floss around the balloon and adhere it to the kitten's paw. Finally, I stamped my sentiment.
