Lovin' Paper Smooches

Hi Everyone! I've been having so much fun with Kim Hughes NEW stamps from her NEW company Paper Smooches. They are so fun and easy to work with! Love, love, looooooove.

I dug through my My Mind's Eye patterened paper and found a few fun prints. I mixed and matched them to create a few fun acorns. I LOVE that Kim created a few hearts in her Falling for You set that you can put on the bigger images. The twine is from Kim's cute packaging. Gotta love packaging that can be used, right?

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great day!

Mama Elephant: October Anniversary Stampede!

It's Mama Elephant Birthday Stampede time!  This is so awesome, right? I'm so excited you've joined me from Stephanie's blog! Today I'm a sharing a lot of stamping goodness! Now that I'm counting, my card uses 4 new Mama Elephant stamp sets ! This card all started with the sentiment. My kids are always buzzing around the house singing and one of their favorite is Everything is Awesome (Lego Movie anyone?). :) I started with a faint pencil line to create AWESOME from the new Block Party Letters . I colored them in with Copics and then did some creative masking and stamping from Happy Everything to add the beginning of the sentiment. Next I stamped the penguin and hat (from the new Artic Penguins ), colored them and die cut them for a perfect cut. The soft, grey striped background was created using the new Boutique Borders . All stamps and dies can be purchased NOW at the Mama Elephant store HERE . Next up? The very talented JJ Bolton !
