Happy Birthday Heather!

Hi Everyone! Just a quick post to wish my friend Heather a happy HAPPY birthday! I know its been a great day for her already. ;)  I hope your fun continues all night Heather! Here is a little card to inspire you to create and continue to be awesome! :) :) Today's card uses Papertrey Ink's Trendy Tree Tops (seriously awesome set by Maile) and the sentiment is from Paper Smooches Get Outta Town set. I enjoyed mixing the inked tree with the two patterned paper trees. I have to try this more often because I love the results. Thanks for stopping by!

Stamping Royalty and a Card

Hi Everyone! I'm back again with another Paper Smooches card and a little announcement (you may have already heard)! I am shocked, thrilled and a little excited (okay A LOT excited) to have received an honor I only have dreamed about... That's right! I was selected as one of the 2012 Stamping Royalty winners! Eeeek! Too cool really. Since I only submitted 3 cards (2 of which were previous rejects) I wasn't expecting anything AT ALL. I did LOVE the cards I sent in but figured they weren't what Paper Crafts was looking for since they were rejected the first time around. But I'll let you in on a little something. Maybe this will keep you going if you've had publishing woes. One of my previously rejected cards is a STAMPING ROYALTY WINNER ! :) Okay, now on to today's card...  This card was inspired by the Paper Sparks inspiration photo HERE . I knew I wanted sun rays coming from behind the coffee cup so I went searching through my Pape...

Happy Spring!

I really like the current Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge  so I decided to make one more card. This time I used Spring Fling and cut the stamped egg open so that the baby chick could pop out of it. The patterened paper is from the Dear Lizzy Neapolitan 6x6 paper pad. The stamped background is from Paper Smooches Geo-Graphic . Have a great day!

Hexagon Thank You

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing a card using Papertrey Ink's Rosie Posie set. I know this set is super trendy but I feel like I'll be using it for awhile. With hexagons and flowers it can take on a lot of different types of cards for all sorts of occasions. Just my kind of stamp set. :) This card also uses Label Basics by PTI, Sentiment Sampler by Paper Smooches and some lovely My Mind's Eye patterned paper. Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!

Get Well

Hi Everyone! If you are here for the Lily Pad blog hop enjoy this post ;) and then scroll down for the birthday celebration. Today I'm playing along with Paper Smooches current Sparks Challenge HERE . The bright colors on a neutral background caught my eye in the inspiration photo. I used stamps from Paper Smooches ADORABLE Healthy Vibes stamp set. Love, love, love, love, looove those bandaids! Hope you are having a great day! Thanks for stopping by!
